Donations
What data is collected and where is it kept?
If you contact us to offer a donation and arrange either a drop-off or collection, the name you identify by, collection address (if applicable) and any additional information provided by yourself such as your social media information. This data is held within a Google Sheets document, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.
Why we collect this data and how it is used
We need to know this basic personal data in order to organise your donation and to monitor the progress of your donation if needed.
You will not be added to any other marketing lists unless you have opted in to those yourself. If you are also an email subscriber, please see the Email Subscriber section below to see how your data is used in that context.
How long is this information kept?
We will keep your data until your donation is re-distributed to our charitable partners.

What data is collected and where is it kept?
If you have enquired about Our World Collective via the contact form on the website, your name and your email address are collected. This information is held within forms on GoDaddy, please refer to their privacy policy for how this data is managed.

Email subscribers
What data is collected and where is it kept?
We collect your name and email address when you opt in to the email subscription list. This data is held in a Go Daddy form and added to a mailing list on outlook. Please refer to the GoDaddy privacy policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement for how this data is managed.
Why we collect this data and how it is used
This information is used to allow us to email you with a monthly email update about Our World Collective activities and news. We may at times email you outside of this monthly newsletter with specific calls to action.

Your information will be kept until you notify us otherwise. Please contact us if you would like to be removed from our subscription list.

What data is collected and where is it kept?
We may collect your IP address and information regarding your location and pages accessed. This data is collected and stored in Google Analytics. Please refer to the Google Privacy Policy for more information.
Why we collect this data and how it is used
This allows us to analyse our web traffic. This analysis is about general trends rather than you as an individual, and your IP address is encoded and not visible to me.
